One of the most requested services is that of assisting a family in locating appropriate housing and/or care options for an elderly loved one who needs to change their living environment. It takes time to become familiar with the many living and care options available today and can be very stressful. Seniors First can offer guidance with this process by evaluating the senior's needs, budget and level of care required and matching them with "options" for the family to consider. Their Resource Specialists are able to eliminate much of the stress and guesswork from this very important, yet often overwhelming process. There is no charge to the family for this service as the work Seniors First does is made possible, in part, through the financial support of individuals, organizations and corporations.
