To be eligible for this program, you must be a Placer County Resident, 60 years or older, homebound, unable to drive and unable to prepare meals yourself.

Our meals provide 1/3 of the (RDA) Recommended Dietary Allowance for adults. Nutritious menus are planned with your health in mind. Meals are low in fat and prepared with no added salt. Food is served hot and ready to eat in an aluminum container. Use a conventional oven or toaster oven to reheat. This container is a one time use only. NO microwave reheating!

The suggested donation is $2.75 per meal. However, no one will be denied a meal or a place on the program if unable to donate.

Volunteer Drivers deliver the meals:

Monday through Friday between 11:00am and 12:30pm
Except Holidays.

Our primary funds come from The Older Americans Act which is governed by Area 4 Agency on Aging. Other funding comes from: USDA funds, recipient donations and fundraising events
